HF Group is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Sales Coordinator with a strong background in Mechanical Engineering and Commercial Preparation to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Review customer RFQs, specifications, and engineering drawings

✅ Prepare and submit techno-commercial quotations

✅ Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Production, Purchase, Finance, and Logistics teams

✅ Develop product costing, pricing, and margin analysis

✅ Maintain sales orders, quotations, and customer documentation

✅ Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, and payments

✅ Support invoice processing, payment tracking, and collections

✅ Prepare sales forecasts, MIS, and performance reports

✅ Build robust customer relationships and deliver exceptional service

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred)





- MBA in Marketing or Finance will be an added advantage

Experience

- 3-7 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Technical Sales, or Commercial Operations

- Experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Equipment, Fabrication, or Heavy Engineering industries preferred

Required Skills

✔ Product costing, pricing, and commercial documentation

✔ Understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial products

✔ ERP knowledge (SAP ECC preferred)

✔ Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills

✔ Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills

✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment
