- Outbound & Inbound Calls: Contact potential or existing clients to pitch products/services or follow up on leads.
- Lead Qualification: Explain features, answer client queries, and schedule demos or meetings for the sales team.
- Data Entry & Tally Logging: Maintain caller databases, update client communication logs, and record primary transactions or leads
- Payment & Invoice Follow-ups: Coordinate with clients for payment reminders, pending invoices, and basic account reconciliations via phone.
- Customer Support: Handle basic query resolutions regarding billing, invoicing, and service status.

Key Requirements

- Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (10+2) or Bachelor's degree (Commerce/Finance background is a plus).
- Experience: 1–2 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
- Skills:
- Positive verbal communication skills in [Languages required, e.g., English, Hindi, Punjabi Language].
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic office software.
- Polite, persuasive, and target-oriented mindset.
