Requirements – Senior Travel Consultant

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication styles to suit diverse customer needs and situations.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle travel inquiries professionally via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience in preparing customized travel itineraries and quotations with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to provide exceptional pre-booking and post-booking support, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills to convert leads, retain customers, and generate repeat business.
- Excellent organizational, time-management,



and multitasking abilities, with a strong commitment to punctuality.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Professional, customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding service and maintaining high standards of client satisfaction.
- Language proficiency in English is mandatory. Knowledge of Hindi,Tamil,Telugu,and Kannada will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
