Production Supervisor – Rubber Mat Manufacturing

Location: Kerala, India

We are a leading rubber mat manufacturing and exporting company looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join our production team.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production activities and preparing inventory on productions .
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate production workers efficiently.
- Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
- Coordinate with quality control and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

- Experience in the rubber manufacturing industry is mandatory.
- Hands-on knowledge of rubber mat production is highly preferred.




- Ability to manage production teams and solve shop-floor issues.
- Valuable understanding of production planning, quality control, and process improvement.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.

Salary

₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and knowledge of rubber mat production.
