Job Title: Tender Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to manage the complete tendering process and ensure timely submission of bids.

Experience Required:

- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in tender management or a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Search and identify relevant tenders from government and private portals.
- Prepare, review, and submit tender documents within deadlines.
- Handle end-to-end tender documentation, including technical and commercial bids.
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and submission guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect required documents and information.
- Maintain records of tender submissions, contracts, and related documentation.
- Follow up on tender status, bid results, and client communications.
- Manage online tender submissions through portals such as GeM, CPPP, and other e-procurement platforms.
- Prepare EMD,



BG, and other tender-related documentation as required.
- Ensure timely renewal and maintenance of digital signatures, registrations, and vendor credentials.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in tendering.
- Hands-on experience with GeM, CPPP, and other e-tendering portals.
- Good knowledge of tender documentation, bid preparation, and government procurement processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Robust organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
