Educational Qualification:
BE/B Tech. Automobile / Mechanical Engg from a reputed Engg College

Work Experience:
Level (Non RBO) – AM/DM

Level (RBO) – CL1/CL2

Design & Development Experience with Auditing & PM Skills.

Experience in managing new development projects or managing internal / external audits within the organization.

Key responsibilities-

Will be part of team responsible for:
(a) Managing management reporting for New project development and providing relevant information to all stake holders for completing the relevant tasks required to be performed during the design and development phase.

Desirable:
(a) Work on efficiency improvement & MIS.

(b)



Certified Internal Auditor will be an additional advantage.

Competencies-

Functional:
Basic understanding about automotive development cycle. Good analytical skills.

Managerial:
Should have positive communication skills & enthusiasm to take up stiff challenging targets. Knowledge about project management

Any other specific job requirement-

Should have a passion for automobiles and should be aware of latest automotive trends, dashboarding etc.

Any industry preference-

Automotive, Honda, M&M; or Tata
