- HR Generalist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
- Handle employee relations and grievance management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS.

Requirements:

- Graduate/MBA in HR preferred.
- 2–5 years of HR Generalist experience.
- Knowledge of Recruitment, Payroll, PF, ESIC, and Labor Laws.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
