Job Title: Junior Coordinator

Shaping Careers Education Society is looking for a dedicated and energetic Junior Coordinator to support the implementation and coordination of various skill development, education, CSR, and government-funded projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with trainees, trainers, centers, and project stakeholders.
- Maintain records, reports, and project documentation.
- Assist in candidate mobilization and batch management.
- Follow up with trainees regarding attendance, assessments, and placements.
- Support MIS reporting and data management.
- Conduct field visits and coordinate with partner organizations.
- Handle office correspondence and administrative tasks.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in coordination, administration, education, NGO,



or skill development projects.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet applications.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
- Local candidates from Panchkula, Chandigarh, Mohali, or nearby areas will be preferred.

Salary

₹14,000 – ₹17,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)
