Key Responsibilities

· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

· Follow up with customers after showroom visits, quotations, and purchases.

· Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.

· Coordinate with the sales, billing, and operations teams to ensure timely customer support.

· Maintain customer records and update the CRM system regularly.

· Conduct regular follow-up calls to generate repeat business and referrals.

· Collect customer feedback and share improvement suggestions with management.

· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the customer journey.

· Assist in resolving customer issues promptly and effectively.

· Prepare daily and monthly customer follow-up and service reports.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.





· 2–5 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Customer Service, or Retail Sales.

· Experience in the interior, furniture, home décor, or building materials industry is preferred.

Skills Required

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Robust customer service and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.

· Good coordination and organizational skills.

· Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
