Role Overview

Lead the design, development, and implementation of IBSFINtech's Treasury & Trade Finance software portfolio. This senior technology leadership role combines hands-on innovation in .NET and up-to-date full-stack engineering with project delivery and people management.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and optimize APIs using Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI
- Ensure scalable and maintainable backend architecture
- Develop user interfaces using React.js, Vue.js, or Angular and implement server-side logic using Node.js
- Translate design wireframes into high-quality responsive interfaces in collaboration with UI/UX designers
- Design and consume RESTful APIs, integrate third-party services, and manage API authentication
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures, design relational schemas, and manage database performance and security
- Use Git for code management and team collaboration
- Implement OAuth, JWT, encryption,



data protection, and role-based access control
- Work with CI/CD pipelines and Docker or Kubernetes, and deploy applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Establish unit, integration, and test-driven development practices using modern test frameworks
- Manage project delivery across the software portfolio
- Lead, mentor, and manage engineering teams

Required Skills & Experience

- 18+ years of software engineering and technology leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong background in .NET and modern full-stack software development
- Demonstrated project delivery and people management experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
