Position: Outlet Manager cum Barista

Locations: Kala Ghoda Café & Breach Candy (Nitro Gym)

Role Summary:
We are looking for a hands-on Outlet Manager cum Barista to oversee daily operations at our outlets, ensure excellent customer service, maintain beverage quality standards, and drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of both outlets.
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and café menu items as per SOPs.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Supervise and train staff on service, hygiene, and product standards.
- Manage outlet opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor inventory, place orders, and control wastage.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Handle cash, billing, daily sales reports, and petty cash.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for smooth operations.
- Ensure equipment is maintained and functioning properly.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance.
- Drive sales through upselling, memberships, and promotional activities.




- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Submit daily operational and sales updates to management.

Requirements:

- 2–4 years of experience in a café, coffee shop, QSR, or hospitality outlet.
- Experience as a Barista with knowledge of espresso-based beverages.
- Basic understanding of inventory, cash handling, and outlet management.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Flexible to travel between Kala Ghoda and Breach Candy outlets as required.

Preferred:

- Coffee/Barista certification is an advantage.
- Experience managing a small café or kiosk format outlet.
