Key responsibilities:

- Proven experience in driving enterprise in reliability strategy and governance

- Strong expertise in Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) and risk-based maintenance frameworks
- Ability to standardize reliability practices and engineering guidelines across plants
- Deep experience in RCA, FMEA/FMECA, and failure elimination programs
- Demonstrated impact on improving MTBF, reducing MTTR, and enhancing asset availability
- Strong capability in predictive and condition-based maintenance (vibration, monitoring tools)
- Expertise in reliability analytics and data-driven decision-making using SAP PM / ERP
- Experience in utilities and critical pharma systems (HVAC, water, boilers, compressors)
- Ability to integrate reliability KPIs into plant and leadership governance




- Proven track record in asset lifecycle management and maintenance strategy optimization
- Strong understanding of pharma compliance (USFDA, MHRA, GMP requirements)
- Experience in spares optimization aligned with equipment criticality and risk
- Exposure to automation, Industry 4.0, and reliability-focused technology upgrades
- Ability to build and upskill teams, driving a reliability-focused culture
- Demonstrated success in delivering measurable business outcomes (uptime, cost, reliability)

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation

MBA or certification in Digital/Industry 4.0 preferred

Experience

Tenure: 15 years of experience with 5–7 years in pharma/regulated manufacturing environments.
