Job Description – CAD Draughtsman

Position: CAD Draughtsman
Location: Chennai

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop fabrication and erection drawings as per project requirements.
- Prepare General Arrangement (GA), shop, and detail drawings.
- Coordinate with the design, production, and site teams to incorporate revisions.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain drawing records and revision history.
- Assist in quantity take-offs and material estimation when required.

Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or a related field (Freshers can apply).
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD 2D & 3D.
- Basic understanding of engineering drawings.




- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Quick learner with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of MS Office is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills:

- Basic knowledge of Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) is an advantage.
- Ability to read structural and fabrication drawings.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Experience:

- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Salary:

- As per company standards and experience.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
