Job Responsibilities:

- Follow up with customers for timely repayment of loan installments
- Visit customers in the field for collection of overdue payments
- Maintain records of collection activities and update reports regularly
- Build and maintain healthy relationships with customers
- Handle delinquent accounts and ensure resolution within timelines
- Coordinate with branch team for recovery strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum qualification:



12th pass / Graduate preferred
- 0 to 1 year of experience in field sales or collections
- Fresher with robust communication skills can also apply
- Must be willing to travel locally for field work

Key Skills Required:

- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of collection processes
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Two-wheeler & valid driving license preferred
