Location : Kalamassery , Kochi

Salary :40,000-45,000

- Sales & Collection achievement
- Set performance targets and conduct regular staff evaluations.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

- Visual Merchandising & Showroom Ambience
- Customer Follow-up & Lead Conversion
- Motivate the team to achieve sales goals and maintain high service standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Solid leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Hands on experience in handling store operations / modern retail functions
- Proficiency in inventory management.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and furniture / interior sales management.

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor’s or MBA with 4 to 5 years’ experience in showroom operations / retail stores especially in Furniture domain

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
