Summary:
As a Salesforce Manager, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance across various systems. You will engage with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement effective solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of applications to ensure optimal functionality.

Skilled & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Apex and Visualforce.
- Strong understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with API integrations and data management within Salesforce.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
