- Welcome customers with a friendly and skilled attitude.
- Assist customers in selecting bakery products and provide product recommendations.
- Take customer orders accurately for cakes and special orders.
- Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and process cash, debit, and credit card payments.
- Balance the cash register and assist with daily cash reconciliation.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
- Handle custom cake orders and ensure order details are recorded accurately.
- Package bakery products carefully and attractively.
- Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked display cases and shelves.
- Maintain cleanliness of the front counter
- Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning, stocking, and preparing the bakery for the next business day.

Pay: ₹10,520.37 - ₹20,000.00 per month
