Job Description:

We are hiring for Business Development Professionals having experience in acquiring the Medical Practice / Hospitals for Outsourcing of their Medical coding, Billing, AR , Denial Management , Credentialing etc. RCM services in US Healthcare.

Job Responsibilities:

- Identification of the Medical Professionals needing the Outsourcing of RCM services through different data mining techniques like Internet search, LinkedIn sales Navigator, Health associations, Yellow Pages, etc.

- Contacting the Healthcare professionals through voice calls, email and other techniques

- Convincing the client for the outsourcing of RCM

- Client relationship for getting the contracts and enhancing the revenue

- Online bidding through Market place / Portals like UPWORK,



Freelancer, etc.

- Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company

- Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients

Skills:

- Basic understanding of Medical services & insurance in United States
- Excellent verbal & written communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent Computer proficiency in MS Office, Web Browsers , Google search techniques and data mining
- Analytical and presentation skills
- Presentation skills and data analysis

Qualification:

Any graduate with Domain Expertise / Preferably Science background (B.Pharm / BSc. Biology / Bio-Technology / Bio-Medical) or any relevant degree

Experience:

1 Year – 4 Years (Revenue Cycle Management)
