Job description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Presales Executive to generate qualified leads experience in Real Estate is an advantage, nurture prospects, and support the sales team for our projects. The ideal candidate should possess solid communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, walk-ins, and databases
- Explain project details, pricing, offers, and key highlights to prospective buyers
- Qualify leads based on budget, timeline, and interest level
- Schedule site visits/meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM
- Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture warm and cold leads
- Handle inbound enquiries professionally and convert them into appointments




- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and booking targets
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for campaign feedback
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication (English, Hindi & Telugu preferred)
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-friendly approach
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales process
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle objections and close conversations positively
- Basic computer skills (Excel/CRM tools/Google Sheets)
- Target-oriented mindset
- Any Graduate
- Experience in Real Estate is an advantage
