We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing quality candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various departments.
- Understand hiring requirements by coordinating with hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Negotiate salary within approved budgets and extend offer letters.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality of hire.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, candidate records, and hiring trackers.




- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment consultants and job portals when required.
- Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports, including hiring metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, and offer-to-joining ratio.
- Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth candidate joining experience.
- Promote the company's employer brand through social media and recruitment campaigns.

Requirements

- Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under deadlines.
