- Design and implement AI-powered solutions using ServiceNow Now Assist across IRM, GRC, BCM, Privacy, and Enterprise Risk modules.
- Configure and customize AI Agents, Agentic Workflows, and Virtual Agent to automate governance, risk, and compliance processes.
- Develop intelligent conversational experiences using Now Assist Panel and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Build reusable workflows, automation components, and platform-native solutions following ServiceNow best practices.
- Establish AI governance, guardrails, and compliance controls to ensure secure and responsible AI adoption.
- Collaborate with business, risk, compliance, security, and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable AI-enabled solutions.
- Support source-controlled development, testing, deployment, and continuous optimization of ServiceNow applications.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, drive automation initiatives, and enhance employee productivity through AI-powered ServiceNow solutions.
