About the Role

We are looking for passionate, disciplined, and energetic Kitchen Associates to join our growing culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing high-quality food, maintaining hygiene standards, ensuring timely order execution, and contributing to a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and assemble menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and portion control for every order.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen workstations and equipment.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Assist with ingredient preparation, storage, and stock rotation (FIFO).
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or wastage to the Kitchen Supervisor.
- Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of customer orders.
- Maintain proper labeling and storage of all food products.
- Minimize food wastage while maintaining quality standards.
- Support the team during peak service hours to achieve operational efficiency.
- Follow opening, closing, and cleaning checklists diligently.

Requirements

- 0–3 years of experience in a professional kitchen or food service establishment.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen hygiene.
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen duties.

Preferred Qualifications

- Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience in high-volume food preparation is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
