Job Summary

We are hiring a dynamic and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to generate new business, follow up on customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and maintain strong customer relationships. The role involves handling B2B sales through phone, email, and online platforms while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order execution.

Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Handle customer inquiries and follow up on quotations.
- Convert leads into sales orders.
- Maintain customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams.
- Update customer records and sales activities.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of inside sales, tele-sales, or B2B sales experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office; CRM/ERP experience is an advantage.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Salary: As per experience

Pay: ₹12,257.39 - ₹30,191.62 per month
