Job Description:
1. Converting Lead Generation into Sales.
2. Candidates should have Strong Sales Ability to convert the inquiry into Admission.
3. Career counseling about different careers in the field of Digital Marketing..
4. Briefing the details to Candidates / Parents about all the courses conducted in our Institute.
5. Takes incoming calls, and processes sales.
6. Makes outgoing calls or cold calls to inform about our courses.
7. Accurately and efficiently enters customer information into company databases for mailing and billing purposes.
8. Maintains a list of potential leads and follows up with those customers by making subsequent sales pitches.
9. Scheduling the batches and informing the same candidates and Trainers.
10. Maintaining CMS regarding the candidates who had taken admission or done an inquiry.
11. Responsible for collection of fees on a timely basis and ensuring zero outstanding.

Maintain installment registers in real-time.
13. Should be active, capable to take initiative, and target oriented.
14. Candidates should send SMS/ emails to Inquiries on a regular basis
15. Build strong relationships with students & staff to fully understand their needs.

Required skills:
1. Very robust communication and interpersonal skills
2. Must have effective sales skills with experience in counseling.
3. Fluent in English and Hindi.
4. Dedicated team player.
5. Outspoken with good people skills.
6. Well-versed in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (Preferred)
