Outsourcing of Centaur's Part of IT Activities with in office / SPOC

1. O365 & ZOHO Email Administration

- Configuration on Laptop/Mobile device of user, Mostly HO.

- PST and OST Import/issues

- Outlook working slow

- Indexing

- Main Delivery, Receipt related issues (mostly related to ATP)

- On-Line/Off-Line Archival related issues

- OneDrive SharePoint related issues

- Attachment related issues like .Jpg

- Auto expanding of storage related issues

2. Administration of Antivirus/Cloud Firewall

- CISCO ATP (Whitelist/Blacklist, SPAM release etc., Firmware Upgrade, Top Management's daily SPAM checking)

- Forti EMS (Checking of Logs, Release URL, re-installation, App/software locking/unlocking, VPN Policies, Firmware Upgrade)

- Checkpoint Harmoney (Daily detection checking of attack's, deleted files, Ver. Upgrade)

- eScan (Daily detection checking of attack's, deleted files, Ver. Upgrade, Firmware Upgrade)

3. Fortinet Firewall Administration (Part)

- Firmware Upgradation





- Policy Management

- Daily inward Log checking

- Web & Application control log checking

- Peak Time Graph and bandwidth Usage

- SD-WAN monitoring

- Fortinet and Digisol Wi-Fi Access Point Firmware Upgradation

- IPSEC/SSL VPN Access & Management

(User Group creation/allocation, IP Assigning,

Web filter and App control will be done by Centaur IT only.)

4. Fortinet Web-Application Firewall (WAF)

- Firmware Upgradation

- Attack from same URL/multiple URL's

- SSL certificate updation for all Domains of centaur

- URL filtering / bypassing (most important)

-Concurrent connections administration

5. SMS console / Zepto Email Administration

Overall Co-ordination with Logix internal team to resolve issues,

Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Centaur.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
