DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF STORE MANAGER

- Analyze the sales report and do inventory planning.
- Real-time updating of the stock details.
- Discuss with management for placing a purchase order.
- Verify that the products received are matching with the orders given.
- Manage the arrangements of stock within the firm.
- Analyze sales trends and inform authority.
- Attend the customer who visits the store for purchasing and for service.
- Answer the queries of the customers.
- Validate payment confirmation before dispatching.
- Discuss with higher authority in case the bills are of a higher amount.
- Crosscheck the product details entered with the details mentioned in the bills.
- Conduct workshops for CREs in product knowledge.
- Courier handling- Packing & Dispatching




- Communicate with the sales team regarding the availability of stock of products.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Ensure proper waste management.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth functioning of the inventory management process.
- Space management. The store manager has to ensure optimum utilization of space and ensure the proper arrangements of products for easy access.
- Should be aware of stock arrival and stock transfer timing.
- Ensure and validate coding details of products with the bill before dispatch.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
