Key Responsibilities

- Configure and manage the ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) module, with primary ownership of the Vulnerability Response (VR) application.
- Integrate vulnerability scanners (Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, etc.) with the SNOW VR module via APIs and integration hub.
- Build and maintain vulnerability remediation workflows, SLA policies, and escalation rules.
- Work with security teams to design risk-scoring models and remediation prioritisation logic on the platform.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for vulnerability posture, SLA compliance, and remediation trends.
- Collaborate with ITSM teams to link Change and Problem management to vulnerability remediation workflows.
- Participate in platform upgrades, patches, and version migrations for SecOps modules.
- Document solution designs, configurations, and runbooks. Provide L2/L3 support for SecOps-related issues.

Required Skills & Experience

Must Have

- 4–7 years of hands-on ServiceNow development / administration experience.
- Minimum 2 years specifically in ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) — Vulnerability Response module.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting: Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer.
- Experience integrating security scanners (Tenable.io, Qualys, Rapid7, or similar) with ServiceNow VR.




- Strong understanding of vulnerability management concepts: CVE, CVSS scoring, patch cycles, remediation SLAs.
- Hands-on with ServiceNow Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Server configuration.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) — mandatory.

Valuable to Have

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist — Security Incident Response (CIS-SIR) or Vulnerability Response.
- Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, Microsoft Sentinel) and their SNOW integrations.
- Knowledge of ITIL v4 framework and ITSM/SecOps intersection.
- Exposure to GRC/IRM modules on ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with cloud security posture (AWS, Azure) and container vulnerability tooling.

Qualifications

- B.Tech / B.E. / MCA or equivalent technical degree.
- 4–7 years of total IT experience, with at least 2 years in SNOW SecOps.
- Certifications: CSA required; CIS-VR or CIS-SIR preferred.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
