About The Position

We are seeking an experienced AEM – Forms Architect / Lead to design, architect, and lead the implementation of enterprise-grade Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms solutions.

The role is responsible for defining scalable solution architectures, providing technical leadership, and ensuring the successful delivery of secure, high-performing, and maintainable digital experience solutions. The individual will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, QA teams, and cross-functional teams to deliver complex enterprise solutions while establishing engineering best practices and driving successful customer outcomes.

Technical and Professional Requirements

Mandatory

- 13–20 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development, architecture, and solution delivery, with robust expertise in Java, Apache Sling, and the OSGi framework.
- Strong understanding of architecting, designing, and implementing enterprise-scale AEM Forms solutions that meet complex business and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in AEM solution design, including the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance digital experience platforms.
- Extensive experience integrating AEM with enterprise applications, REST/SOAP APIs, identity and access management (IAM) solutions, and third-party platforms to enable seamless business processes.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Strong experience working in Agile delivery environments, collaborating effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams to deliver high-quality enterprise solutions.

Preferred

- Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS), including cloud-native architecture,



deployment, and operations.
- Hands-on experience implementing Edge Delivery Services (EDS) to deliver high-performance, scalable, and optimized digital experiences.
- Proficient in developing and consuming GraphQL APIs for efficient content delivery and seamless integration with headless and hybrid architectures.
- Extensive experience with CI/CD pipelines using Adobe Cloud Manager, enabling automated build, testing, deployment, and release management for AEM applications.
- Proven ability to optimize AEM application performance through caching strategies, code optimization, dispatcher configuration, and cloud performance tuning to ensure scalability and reliability.

Job Responsibilities

- Design and architect enterprise-scale solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Define end-to-end AEM solution architecture, including component architecture, form architecture, integration patterns, security considerations, and deployment strategies.
- Lead technical delivery by providing architectural guidance, design reviews, and implementation oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and review solutions using Java, Apache Sling, and OSGi, ensuring adherence to Adobe engineering standards and best practices.
- Design and implement enterprise integration solutions with external applications, APIs, authentication services, and backend enterprise platforms.
- Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, UX designers, developers, QA teams,



and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Establish development standards, coding guidelines, reusable frameworks, and governance practices to improve solution quality and maintainability.
- Review technical designs, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and provide guidance on performance optimization and scalability.
- Mentor development teams by providing technical leadership, knowledge sharing, and coaching on AEM best practices.
- Support Agile delivery through technical estimation, solution planning, sprint execution, and release readiness activities.
- Evaluate emerging Adobe capabilities, including AEM as a Cloud Service and Edge Delivery Services, and recommend adoption where applicable.
- Prepare and maintain architecture documents, solution design documents, technical specifications, and implementation guidelines.

Educational Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
