Job Summary

The Procurement Executive is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and ensuring the timely availability of raw materials, hardware, accessories, and services required for production. The role focuses on cost optimization, quality assurance, supplier management, and maintaining uninterrupted supply to support business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Source and identify reliable vendors and suppliers.

· Obtain and compare quotations to ensure the best price and quality.

· Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

· Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).

· Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.

· Coordinate with production, stores, logistics, and accounts departments.

· Maintain inventory levels and initiate procurement based on reorder requirements.

· Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.

· Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, and delivery.





· Verify invoices and coordinate with accounts for payment processing.

· Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and documentation.

· Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

· Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

· 1-3 years of procurement or purchasing experience.

· Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

· Knowledge of ERP software, MS Excel, and purchase documentation.

· Good communication and analytical skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
