We are looking for an organized and proactive Supply Chain and Logistics Coordinator to manage dispatches, shipments, inventory, warehouse coordination, and delivery schedules.

The candidate will work closely with suppliers, transporters, warehouses, marketplaces, and internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate movement of goods.

Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate product dispatches and deliveries.
- Track shipments and follow up on delays, shortages, or damaged goods.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, warehouses, and internal teams.
- Manage purchase orders, stock transfers, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and verify invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and packing lists.
- Maintain accurate inward, outward, and inventory records.
- Reconcile physical stock with system and warehouse reports.
- Coordinate order fulfilment for e-commerce platforms, distributors, and retailers.
- Resolve inventory and delivery discrepancies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports.
- Monitor transportation and warehousing costs.
- Support demand planning and stock availability.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, Commerce, Business Administration,



or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
- Valuable knowledge of inventory management and logistics documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities.
- Knowledge of ERP or inventory management software is preferred.
- Familiarity with GST invoices and e-way bills is an advantage.

Preferred Experience

- Experience working with e-commerce marketplaces, consumer products, distributors, or retailers.
- Experience coordinating with third-party logistics providers and multiple warehouses.
