Job Title: Social Media Marketing Manager

Experience Required: 2–3 Years

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content such as posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
- Coordinate with the design and content team for creatives and marketing materials.
- Track social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
- Monitor trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement to improve performance.
- Plan and execute paid campaigns and promotional activities when required.
- Build and maintain strong online community engagement and customer interaction.
- Collaborate with influencers, creators, and marketing partners for brand promotions.

Requirements:





- 2–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience behavior.
- Valuable knowledge of content planning, branding, and engagement strategies.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads and social media analytics tools is preferred.
- Strong communication, creativity, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in managing brand pages and campaigns.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to trends and aesthetics.
- Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
