- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality management system (QMS) based on ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Lead and manage a team of quality control personnel, including inspectors, technicians, and data analysts.
- Conduct regular audits of entire production processes, including, all incoming raw materials, in-process materials, and finished castings.
- Identify and analyse non-conforming castings, investigate root causes of defects, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and specifications for all incoming raw materials, in-process materials, and finished castings.
- Monitor and analyze quality control data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Oversee the calibration and maintenance of measuring and testing equipment.
- Prepare and maintain quality control documentation,



including reports, records, and procedures.
- Conduct training programs for production personnel on quality control principles and procedures.
- Liaise with customers to ensure their quality expectations are met.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements in quality control for casting processes.
