Qualification

- B.E. in Chemical Engineering or M.Sc. Chemistry
- 2–8 years of relevant production/manufacturing experience

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and monitor daily production activities to achieve quality and production targets.
- Improve manufacturing processes for better productivity and cost efficiency.
- Support production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with electrical and maintenance departments for productive plant operations.




- Maintain production records, equipment, and inventory.
- Conduct process evaluations, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Perform energy audits and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
- Train and guide production team members.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Location Preference

Work Location: Muval, Padra, Gujarat
