We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Growth Content Marketer who can create engaging videos, manage social media, and drive user growth for our dating app.

This is a hands-on role where you will directly impact user acquisition through content, campaigns, and creative strategies.

Key Responsibilities1. Short-Form Video Creation (High Priority)

- Create Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts
- Write viral hooks and scripts
- Edit videos using tools like CapCut / Premiere Pro
- Produce simple, engaging, scroll-stopping content

2. Social Media Management

- Manage Instagram & other platforms
- Post consistently and optimize content
- Track performance (views, engagement, reach)

3. User Growth & Lead Generation

- Drive app installs through:
- Organic content
- Creative campaigns
- DM outreach strategies
- Experiment with new growth ideas

4. Performance Marketing (Bonus)

- Run and optimize Meta Ads / Google Ads
- Track campaign performance (CPL, ROI)





5. Marketing Automation

- Set up basic workflows:
- WhatsApp follow-ups
- Email sequences
- Use tools like HubSpot / CRM (if needed)

Requirements

- Experience in:
- Digital Marketing / Social Media
- Video Editing (Reels/Shorts)
- Solid understanding of:
- Viral content trends
- Audience psychology
- Ability to execute fast and experiment
- Self-driven and startup mindset

Preferred (Good to Have)

- Experience in dating apps / consumer apps
- Knowledge of SEO / ads / analytics
- Previously created viral content

Compensation

- ₹10,000 – ₹26,000/month (Fixed)
- Performance Bonus: Up to ₹10,000/month
- Growth-based salary increments

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
