Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Fulfillment Operations Executive to manage order processing, fulfillment activities, logistics coordination, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in e-commerce operations, strong coordination skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end order processing and fulfillment operations.

Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely order picking, packing, and dispatch.

Monitor daily order flow and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

Coordinate with logistics partners for shipment tracking and delivery management.

Resolve order-related issues, delays, and customer escalations in collaboration with relevant teams.

Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and fulfillment metrics.

Support inventory management and stock reconciliation activities.

Collaborate with internal departments such as Customer Support, Sales, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.

Generate and maintain operational reports using MS Excel.





Ensure compliance with operational processes and quality standards.

Required Skills

Proficiency in MS Excel.

Strong team management and coordination skills.

Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime based on business requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline.

1–2 years of experience in Fulfillment Operations, E-commerce Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Operations.

Experience handling order processing and logistics coordination is preferred.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and order management systems.

Understanding of warehouse and inventory management processes.

Experience working in a fast-paced fulfillment or logistics workplace.
