We are hiring for CRM OPERATING MODEL CONSULTANT (Braze)

Required Skills & Experience:

⦁ CRM/Marketing Operations: 5-7+ years in marketing operations or CRM strategy

⦁ Process Design: Process optimization and workflow design expertise

⦁ Organizational Design: Understanding of team structures and responsibilities

⦁ Marketing Domain: Deep knowledge of marketing operations, campaign lifecycle, and marketing technology

⦁ Lifecycle Marketing: Experience with lifecycle-based marketing models

⦁ Governance: Experience establishing marketing governance frameworks

⦁ Change Management: Understanding of organizational change and adoption

⦁ Documentation: Robust documentation and communication skills

⦁ Methodologies:

⦁ Business process modeling (BPMN)

⦁ Lean/Six Sigma process improvement

⦁ Design thinking

⦁ Change management frameworks (Prosci, Kotter)
