Have the ability to develop, mentor, and review NodeJS & React JS. Focus on quality and ability to perform code reviews. Optimize application for maximum scalability and ensure brand consistency. Identify potential opportunities for application code optimization.
Requirements/Skill Set -

- 2+ year of Tech Lead Experience

- 5+ year of Development Experience

- Excellent working knowledge of React.js(Flux or Redux),Node.js,Web Socket, Messaging Que, RabbitMQ, HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery.



Experience in React Native is a PLUS

- Knowledge of multiple back-end frameworks (e.g. Spring, SpringBoot) and REST services and API design

- Familiarity with databases (e.g. Oracle, Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB)

- Experience with Micro-Services architecture, DevOps tools, Code Versioning with Git, Agile software development techniques and supporting tools like JIRA

- Work with a remote team of designers, engineers, and project managers

- Experience working in a Linux setting and open-source libraries

- Experience of working with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

- Good communication skills

- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
