We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team in the accounting and bookkeeping industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with international clients, and converting prospects into long-term business relationships.

Experience: 0 to 1 Year

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business through international cold calling (US/UK).
Identify and convert leads for accounting & bookkeeping services.
Build and maintain solid client relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain CRM records.

Requirements

1+ year of Business Development/Sales experience.
Experience in accounting/bookkeeping industry is mandatory.
Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
Strong lead generation and client conversion abilities.
Self-motivated and target-driven.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
