Job Description

Key Accountabilities

- eCommerce Sales Growth
 Develop and execute the India eCommerce sales strategy to achieve revenue and
profitability targets.
 Drive sales performance across online marketplaces, distributor websites, and
other digital sales channels.
 Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, identifying opportunities to
improve conversion and revenue.
 Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns,
product launches, and seasonal sales events.
 Ensure product listings are accurate, optimised, and maintained with high-quality
content.
 Monitor pricing, promotions, competitor activity, and market trends to maintain
competitiveness.
 Identify opportunities to expand distribution across current digital platforms and online
retailers.
 Analyse sales performance, customer behaviour, and marketplace analytics to
identify growth opportunities.

- Marketplace & Distributor Management
 Build strong working relationships with eCommerce marketplace partners and
distributor teams.
 Develop joint business plans with key partners to deliver sustainable sales growth.

 Coordinate forecasting, inventory planning, and promotional activities with
distributors.
 Ensure strong product availability and minimise stock shortages across online
channels.
 Review sales reports and provide recommendations to improve channel
performance.

- Website & Digital Experience
 Oversee the performance and continuous improvement of OM SYSTEM’s digital
presence in India.




 Ensure website content, product pages, landing pages, and campaign assets
remain current and optimised.
 Improve the customer journey through ongoing optimisation of user experience
and conversion pathways.
 Coordinate digital assets and content with regional and global marketing teams.
 Monitor website analytics and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for
improvement.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration
 Work closely with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Distributor teams to
execute integrated sales initiatives.
 Support new product launches with coordinated online and retail activities.
 Ensure consistent brand representation across all customer touchpoints.
 Contribute to annual sales planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.

Skills and Qualifications
 5–8 years’ experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or online commercial
management.
 Experience within consumer electronics, imaging, premium technology, or related
industries is highly desirable.
 Proven experience managing major online marketplaces including Amazon India
and Flipkart.
 Strong understanding of digital marketing including SEO, SEM, paid social, display
advertising, email marketing, and performance marketing.
 Experience using website analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
 Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate digital activity into
measurable sales outcomes.
 Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
 Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
 Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
 Excellent communication and presentation skills.
 Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
