This opportunity is with a US-based partner of iMaje Technologies / Search Engine Genie and is ideal for candidates who can communicate confidently with international customers while working independently from home.

The selected candidate will be responsible for providing prompt customer assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Applicants should have a reliable laptop or desktop computer with a stable internet connection to support remote work.

What You'll Do

- Assist customers from the United States through email, chat, and voice support.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, timely resolutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
- Work closely with internal teams whenever issues require escalation.
- Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service and professionalism.
- Contribute towards improving customer satisfaction and overall service quality.

Required Qualifications

- Master's degree in any field.




- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, customer support, or a similar role.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote work environment.
- Willing to work according to US and/or Indian business hours when required.

Preferred Skills

The following qualifications are not mandatory but will be considered an advantage:

- Experience supporting US customers, particularly through voice processes.
- Neutral or American accent.
- Candidates who have previously lived, studied, or worked in the USA or Canada.
