Training and hands-on experience in managing HR , creating engaging content, and
learning for a multi-industry business service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Staffing Intern
- Posting job advertisements
- Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates
- Scheduling interviews
- Coordinating onboarding for recent hires
- ISO mails/ process formulations
- Lead Generation
Key Skills & Tools
- Strong understanding of platforms ( LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, Found it, Instagram, Facebook etc.)
- Creating digital content.
- Canva – Creative content creation.
- Video editing skills for short-form content.
- Excellent communication skills, with a particular English
style and tone.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and
documentation.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a Graduation degree/ MBA HR or a related field.
- Passion for HR ways of working.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
