Meditrina Hospital, Kollam, a leading NABH Accredited Multi-Specialty Hospital, is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Calling Executive to strengthen our patient engagement and appointment coordination team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound patient calls professionally and courteously.
- Promote hospital services, health packages, specialist consultations, and healthcare programs.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
- Follow up with prospective and existing patients to improve appointment conversions.
- Maintain accurate call records and patient interactions using telecalling software.
- Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments to ensure seamless patient communication.
- Address patient queries and provide appropriate information regarding hospital services.
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets while maintaining high standards of patient satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telecalling within a hospital or healthcare institution is mandatory.
- Prior experience in healthcare marketing or patient relationship management will be an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with telecalling and CRM software, preferably BitVoice, is essential.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.



Knowledge of Hindi or Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centric approach.
- Good computer proficiency and documentation skills.
