Looking for MBA operations with Agriculture background preferred
Candidate must have 5+ years of experience in managing frontline leaders, Labour allocation, arrange & manage transpiration for labors, maintain calendrer, MS Excel/MIS, Coordination & must be fluent in Marathi and Hindi
90% inhouse work & 10% on field
Travel : Office based managerial position but candidates needs to be adaptable as during peak season/ certain weeks daily meetings required on the ground.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
