Job Title: Customer Relation Executive (CRE)

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide a positive first impression.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service team.
- Conduct post-sales and post-service follow-up calls.
- Collect customer feedback and maintain satisfaction records.
- Address customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system.
- Send reminders for vehicle service, insurance renewal, and special campaigns.
- Support customer engagement and retention activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly customer interaction reports.
- Ensure compliance with company customer service standards and processes.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in customer service or the automobile industry is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Preferred Experience

- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, telecalling, front office, or automobile dealerships.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
