About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Civil Architect with 2–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction and renovation projects, ensuring structural integrity, functionality, and aesthetic value while complying with safety regulations and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural designs, layouts, and drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software
- Conduct site visits and feasibility studies to assess project requirements
- Collaborate with civil engineers, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure design accuracy and buildability
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and material specifications
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and present design proposals
- Monitor construction progress to ensure alignment with approved plans
- Review and approve architectural and structural drawings before execution
- Prepare project documentation,



reports, and presentations for stakeholders
- Stay updated with the latest construction technologies, materials, and sustainable design practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture (B.Arch / B.E. / B.Tech Civil)
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in civil/architectural design and project execution
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of structural design principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Knowledge of cost estimation and BOQ preparation
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with sustainable/green building design
- Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera)
- Site supervision experience

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
