Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Python AI/ML Developer with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Python programming, Machine Learning, and AI technologies, with the ability to develop, train, and deploy intelligent applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain AI/ML applications using Python.
- Build, train, evaluate, and optimize Machine Learning models.
- Work with structured and unstructured datasets for data analysis and model development.
- Implement Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP) models where required.
- Integrate AI/ML models into web applications and APIs.
- Collaborate with developers, data analysts, and business teams to understand project requirements.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Monitor model performance and improve accuracy over time.
- Stay updated with the latest AI, ML, and Generative AI technologies.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Python programming.




- Experience with Machine Learning algorithms and model development.
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Knowledge of Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI is an added advantage.
- Understanding of REST APIs and model deployment.
- Familiarity with SQL, Git, and version control systems.
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.
- 6 Months – 1 Year of relevant experience in Python and AI/ML development.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with LLMs, LangChain, OpenAI APIs, or Hugging Face.
- Knowledge of Docker, FastAPI, or Flask.
- Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB) is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
