Job Summary:

-  Deliver engaging instructor-led and virtual training programs for new hires and existing
- employees.
-  Plan, coordinate, and execute training initiatives to meet organizational learning objectives.
-  Provide coaching, mentoring, and continuous support to enhance employee performance
-  Track training progress and share timely reports and insights with the Operations team.
-  Conduct refresher and upskilling programs based on Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and
- performance gaps.
-  Ensure all training initiatives are aligned with organizational goals, business priorities, and
- corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities

-  Design, develop, and deliver sales process, product, and behavioral training programs for recent
- hires and existing employees.
-  Conduct onboarding, certification, refresher, and coaching sessions to enhance sales capability
- and performance.
-  Identify training needs through performance analysis, feedback, and business requirements,
- and implement targeted learning interventions.
-  Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments,



certifications, productivity metrics, and
- stakeholder feedback.
-  Collaborate with Sales, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure training programs align with
- business objectives and process updates.
-  Develop and maintain training content, SOPs, presentations, job aids, and other learning
- resources.
-  Monitor post-training performance and provide ongoing coaching to improve productivity,
- sales conversion, and process adherence.
-  Prepare and share training MIS, reports, and dashboards to track training outcomes and
- business impact.
-  Drive continuous improvement by updating training content and methodologies based on
- product, process, and market changes.
-  Ensure compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, and training governance.
