Job Summary

Scymes Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Recruiter & Recruitment Operations Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and recruitment operations activities across various domains. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, interview coordination, recruitment reporting, and ensuring smooth hiring operations within defined timelines.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions across various industries.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and client expectations.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Manage offer negotiations and onboarding coordination.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions and achievement of hiring targets.

Recruitment Operations

- Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and MIS reports.




- Ensure timely updating of candidate records in the recruitment system.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
- Monitor interview schedules and maintain hiring documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding formalities and documentation.
- Track recruiter performance, position status, and hiring metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment processes and documentation standards.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency.

Required Skills

- Solid understanding of recruitment processes and hiring methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
- Good knowledge of recruitment MIS, reporting, and operational processes.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
