Job Title: MIS Executive

Reporting To: Manager / Head – Operations

Location: Chopda

Job Summary

The MIS Executive is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data through reports and dashboards to support management decision-making. The role involves maintaining accurate records, preparing daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports, and ensuring data integrity across systems.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Reporting

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect data from various departments and consolidate it into structured reports.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of reports.
- Maintain databases, trackers, and spreadsheets for operational and management use.

Analysis & Support

- Analyze trends, variances, and performance metrics.
- Provide insights and summaries to management for decision-making.
- Support audits and internal reviews with required data and documentation.

Coordination & Communication

- Coordinate with different departments to gather and validate information.
- Resolve data discrepancies and follow up for missing information.




- Respond to ad-hoc data and report requests from management.

System & Process Management

- Update and maintain ERP / HRMS / operational systems (if applicable).
- Improve reporting formats and processes for better efficiency.
- Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Solid proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
- Working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of databases / ERP systems (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in Commerce / Management / IT / Statistics or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in MIS / Data Reporting role (freshers with strong Excel skills may be considered).
