Cokonet Academy is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate to drive admissions and business growth. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the EdTech industry, a strong sales background, and the ability to convert leads into enrollments while building lasting relationships with prospective learners.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate, qualify, and convert leads into admissions.
- Counsel prospective learners and recommend suitable training programs.
- Achieve monthly sales and admission targets.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams to improve lead conversion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners and clients.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.




- Support and mentor junior team members when required.

Requirements

- Prior experience in the EdTech industry is mandatory.
- Proven track record in EdTech sales, lead conversion, and revenue generation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ownership mindset and a collaborative attitude.
- Leadership qualities with the potential to grow into a Team Lead (TL) role.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace is an added advantage.
